Maureen Dawson and Eileen Rickers received the first awards made to ladies at FMVC, for their years of service as a catering team. At the next rehearsal an award was also made to Jean Thompson for all her hard work as Patron Secretary.
Stan Dawson also received a long service award at the summer dinner.
