Saturday 29 April Featherstone Methodist Church, Ian Dransfield Memorial Concert in aid of The Prince of Wales Hospice.

The choir will perform its first concert on Saturday 25 February at Morley  Methodist Church. All of the rehearsals since Christmas have been bringing us to this moment…. Don’t miss it!

The choir has donated £75 to the Dr Jackson Cancer Appeal shop in Featherstone, after hearing that they had suffered a break in with stock being stolen.

The choir is singing this afternoon at a wedding near Wetherby. We have a beautiful day to share this celebration with the happy couple, and wish them all the best for their future together.

Maureen Dawson and Eileen Rickers received the first awards made to ladies at FMVC, for their years of service as a catering team. At the next rehearsal an award was also made to Jean Thompson for all her hard work as Patron Secretary. Stan Dawson also received a long service award at the summer dinner.
